Commercial Scene : Shopping Center Sold for $9 Million in San Clemente

Investor Monte Overstreet has purchased the Pico Pavilion shopping center in San Clemente for $9.4 million, according to P. L. Pachuta & Associates of Long Beach, which handled the transaction.
Benco Development of Long Beach was former owner of the 34,810-square-foot center at Avenida Pico and Calle Industrias. The center was a joint venture of Benco and Vistar Financial of Marina del Rey.
