Commercial Scene : Business Center Opens Phase One in Ontario

The $9.9-million Phase 1 of Commerce Pointe Business Center, four buildings in a 15-building development of Newport Beach-based Hillman Properties, has opened in Ontario at Lowell and Dupont streets.
The 30-acre project, within the 1,855-acre master-planned California Commerce Center, will have more than 400,000 square feet of industrial, manufacturing, research-and-development and office space.
