Ingram Micro D, a computer distribution company formed in April by the merger of Santa Ana-based Micro D and Buffalo, N.Y.-based Ingram Computer, reported revenue of $229.2 million for the second quarter ended June 30. The privately held company did not disclose earnings figures. For the latest six months, the combined sales of Ingram Micro D were $471 million.
