Prince Norodom Sihanouk announced that four warring Cambodian factions who broke off peace talks earlier this week are to meet again today in Paris. However, French radio later quoted aides to the resistance leader as saying that the new session has been called off because Sihanouk is angry that French Premier Michel Rocard agreed to meet Cambodian Premier Hun Sen.
