Bahrain Foreign Minister Leaves for U.S. Talks

NICOSIA, Cyprus —
Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Sheik Mohammed ibn Mubarak Khalifa left Friday for the United States for talks on regional issues.
The Gulf news agency, received in Nicosia, said during his four-day visit Mohammed will deliver a message to President Bush from Bahrain’s Emir Sheik Isa ibn Salman al Khalifa.
