Commercial Scene : Construction Is Completed on Oxnard Business Center

Construction has been completed on Plaza Del Norte Business Center in Oxnard. The $8-million project is located on 6.85 acres at the Ventura (101) Freeway near Rose Avenue.

The project, a development of McLachlan Investment Co. of Ventura, was designed by Ware & Malcomb Architects’s Woodland Hills office and encompasses 99,000 square feet of space.
