Changes at McDonnell: McDonnell Douglas Corp. said it has agreed to sell its Network Systems business to British Telecom for $355 million as part of an effort to narrow the focus of its information systems business. The company also said it is seeking a buyer for its North American field service business and plans to convert its Information Systems International unit into a public company headquartered in Britain.
