Two explosions ripped through the upper floors of a London hotel today, killing at least one person. Investigators evacuated nearby buildings, saying they could not rule out terrorism.

The blasts were reported at the Beverly House Hotel near Hyde Park, a police spokeswoman said. She said one body was found wedged between the third and fourth floors of the five-story building.
