Industrial Facility Under Way on 6 Acres in Carson

Elliott Corp. of Newport Beach has started construction on a new $7.3-million, 116,000-square-foot industrial facility in Carson.

The project, a development of the Hewston Co. of Los Angeles, is located on a six-acre site at 21136 Wilmington Ave. The concrete tilt-up structure was designed by Hill Pinckert Architects of Irvine and will be available in its entirety or divisible into units.

Construction is to be completed in November. Cushman & Wakefield’s South Bay office in Torrance is the leasing agent.
