USAir and Buffett Agree: USAir Group disclosed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has a 10-year standstill agreement with Warren E. Buffett, the Omaha, Neb., investor who acquired preferred shares convertible to a 12% stake in USAir last week. USAir told the SEC that Buffett agreed not to buy more than 14% of USAir stock. The standstill agreement was seen as a signal that Buffett is friendly to USAir management.
