W. Los Angeles : Youths Finish Job Training

Twenty-one students from Dorsey, Jefferson and Crenshaw high schools recently completed a six-week summer youth employment training program at West Los Angeles College. Students attended English classes in the morning and worked various part-time jobs on campus in the afternoon.
The program is funded by the Los Angeles Unified School District and supported by West Los Angeles College’s Extended Opportunity and Services Office.
