U.S. Firm Buys Hungarian Company: Getz Corp. has purchased the Intercooperation Trading Co., representing the first U.S. buyout of a Hungarian firm in four decades, the official MTI news agency reported. Getz bought 100% of the shares of the Hungarian firm for an undisclosed price, said MTI. MTI described Getz as a San Franciso-based subsidiary of the Marmon group, a conglomerate of 50 trading and manufacturing outlets with annual gross income of $3.5 billion.
