Irvine-based developer O’Donnell, Armstrong & Partners Inc. has bought 7.5 acres of land near the intersection of Sorenson and Slauson avenues in Santa Fe Springs and plans to build 151,000 square feet of light-industrial space on the site.

The complex will have seven buildings ranging from 10,700 to 40,000 square feet. Construction is expected to begin this month, with completion scheduled next spring.

O’Donnell bought the property from Julius Zelman, a private investor.
