Commercial Scene : Sigma Enterprises Buys Walnut Office Building

Sigma Enterprises Inc. of Long Beach has purchased a 22,322-square-foot office building at 1205-43 N. Grand Ave. in Walnut for $4.12 million.

The Hayes Co. represented both Sigma and the seller, Walnut Cameron Associates, in the transaction.
