Caesars World Inc.: The Los Angeles hotel and gaming firm said earnings for fiscal 1989 totaled $66.9 million, down 13% from a year earlier. Revenue increased 8% to $902 million. The company said the results reflected increases in marketing, general and administrative costs and bad debt expenses.
