Coordinating Council Will Hear Drug Abuse Speaker

The Coordinating Council, a nonprofit volunteer agency, will hold its first meeting of 1989-90 on Wednesday. The guest speaker will be Lisa Markell, public relations director of the Southeast Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program is open to the public and will begin at 11:45 a.m. at the Apollo Park Neighborhood Center Auditorium, 12458 Rives Ave.
