Israelis Slay Guerrilla in Southern Lebanon

JERUSALEM —
Israeli soldiers killed a guerrilla during a clash in Israel’s self-declared security zone in southern Lebanon, the army said.
Before dawn Tuesday, an Israeli patrol spotted three guerrillas south of the village of Ramiye in the center of the security zone, an army spokesman said.
The patrol opened fire, killing one guerrilla, and two others escaped, the spokesman said.
