Trade Talks End: South Korea and the United States had been diiscussing the opening of South Korea’s telecommuniations market to U.S. companies; the talks ended in Seoul on a friendly but inconclusive note, officials on both sides said. It was the first meeting since February, when the United States gave South Korea a year to resolve disputes over telecommunications goods and services or face sanctions.
