COMMERCIAL SCENE : Law Firm Leases Offices in Orange County Tower

The law firm of Dolan, Cohen, Taylor & Petersen has signed a 10-year leased valued at $4.6 million for the entire 11th floor in the new City Tower, a 20-story office complex at 333 City Blvd. West in central Orange County.
The firm’s 38 employees will relocate from their Fullerton office this fall to occupy the 20,335 square feet of space, according to Tishman West Cos., leasing agent for City Tower. The new complex was developed by a joint venture of Tishman West and Metropolitan Life.
The law firm was represented by Vantage Realty.
