India Tribesmen Kill 28

GAUHATI, India —
Bodo tribesmen armed with bows, arrows and spears attacked a Muslim village in northeastern India, killing 28 people, police said Sunday. The attack took place Friday despite the presence of the Indian army, which was called out earlier to stop fighting between Bodos and Muslims in the northeastern state of Assam.
