Dasibi Reports Income of $435,000 for Year

Dasibi Environmental Corp. of Glendale announced that it had net income of $435,000 on sales of $4.6 million for the 12 months that ended June 30, contrasted with a loss of $138,000 on sales of $3.7 million last year.

The company also announced that it acquired Environmental Information Systems and Air Instrument Monitoring. Acquisition terms were not disclosed.

Dasibi manufactures devices for measuring air pollution and ozone depletion. Environmental Information Systems of Austin, Tex., and A.I.M. of Pasadena make devices for monitoring smokestack emissions.
