American Recreation Acquires Slumberjack

ST. LOUIS —
American Recreation Products Inc., a subsidiary of Kellwood Co., has completed its acquisition of Slumberjack Inc. of Los Angeles, company officials announced.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
American Recreation is an international manufacturer and marketer of tents, sleeping bags, hiking and climbing equipment under the Wenzel, Kelty and Ridgeway brands. Slumberjack is a manufacturer of sleeping bags and camping accessories under the Slumberjack and Everest Elite brands.
