COMMERCIAL SCENE : Ground Broken on Initial Phase of Technology Park
Ground has been broken on the first phase of a $23-million, 26-acre development in Irvine Spectrum.
Known as One Technology Park, the 10 buildings of the 15.3-acre Phase 1 will total about 193,000 square feet and will be ready for occupancy in the spring. Five of the buildings will be one-story, industrial facilities, and the others will be two-story office buildings.
One Technology Park is a joint venture of O’Donnell, Armstrong & Partners and Irvine Industrial Co.
