COMMERCIAL SCENE : Partnership Purchases Camarillo Office Park

BSK/Camarillo Partners has purchased a major portion of Camarillo Business Center, a 23-acre master-planned office complex, for in excess of $30 million.
The center contains four fully leased office buildings and a fifth one under construction. It is located in the 700 block of Daily Drive and fronts on the north side of the Ventura (101) Freeway.
The buyers, a joint venture of Bermant Development Co., Kajima Development Corp. and Sebou Real Estate Inc., plan to construct two additional office buildings; not included in the sale were two existing office buildings.
The partnership purchased the office properties from Camarillo Associates through Dersom-Higgins Commercial Real Estate Services, which represented both seller and buyer.
