Girl, 11, Charged With Setting Fatal Home Fire

PHILADELPHIA —
An 11-year-old girl has been charged with setting a foster home fire that killed four children and injured 12 other people.
The girl, whose half-brother was among the dead in the Aug. 31 blaze, was arraigned Sunday and ordered held at the Youth Study Center for a preliminary hearing Sept. 27. Police would not speculate on a motive.
