Reported AIDS Cases Soar in Netherlands

AMSTERDAM —
The number of AIDS cases reported in the Netherlands soared during the summer, the Health Ministry said Friday.
Seventy-three new cases were registered in July and August, bringing the number reported so far this year to 193 compared to only 120 in the first six months.
