Exiled Indian Leader Returns to Nicaragua

MANAGUA, Nicaragua —
A rebel Miskito Indian leader arrived Thursday in Nicaragua after eight years in exile to help plan for February elections.
“I have come to consult with our communities on what we are going to do in the political field,” Brooklyn Rivera told reporters.
Rivera arrived in Managua with Rama Indian leader Walter Ortiz.
