Commercial Scene : Construction Begins on Fontana Retail Center

Construction has started on Fontana Village, a $4-million, 24,189-square-foot convenience retail center at the southwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and Sierra Avenue in Fontana.

Fontana Village, the 2.37-acre project designed by the Pasadena-based architectural firm of Haugaard Elrod, is a joint development of Blackburn Development Co. of Pasadena and Robert S. Wilson and Peter Nicholas of Duckett-Wilson Development Co., Los Angeles.
