The apartment complex at 1215-25 N. Cherokee Ave. has been sold by Yom Development and Cherokee HO3 Ltd. of Los Angeles for $3.01 million, according to the Hanes Co. Inc., Los Angeles region, brokers in the transaction.

The 40-unit, two-building apartment complex was sold to Vincente A. Tiongson of Northridge.
