Commercial Scene : Construction Begins on Exchange Place
Construction has started on Exchange Place, a two-story, 74,822-square-foot office building, to be developed on a 3.84-acre parcel at 1845 Business Center Drive in San Bernardino.
The project is a $10-million undertaking of Winger Development Co. of Torrance and marks the first Inland Empire professional office market presence for the commercial real estate development firm. The architect is DeRevere Partnership of Newport Beach.
