Commercial Scene : San Dimas Corporate Park Development Completed

Koll San Dimas Corporate Park, a $15-million development, has been completed as a joint venture of the Koll Co.’s Los Angeles division and Mortgage Investments Plus Inc.
The project is situated on an 11-acre site on Overland Court in San Dimas. It consists of three buildings totaling 144,357 square feet and ranging in size from 31,865 square feet to 68,526 square feet.
The architect is Barasch Architects & Associates of Pasadena. Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services’ San Gabriel Valley office is the leasing agent.
