Frank T. Reilly, chairman and chief executive of Brooks Bros., has chosen to retire as of Dec. 31, after 25 years with the firm. William V. Roberti, president, will become the chief executive on Jan. 1, 1990. Edward T. Murphy, executive vice president, will assume the position of chief operating officer.
