Approaching the Homeless Problem

As a former homeless person who has taken other homeless people into my home, I am glad to see that Eileen Murphy and Phyliss K. Salyer-Carruthers are offering shelter in their own homes for people displaced under the bridges in this country. If more caring people would do this, this country would indeed be a “kinder and gentler nation.”
