Fuse Blamed in Fatal Blast

PARSONS, Kan. —
Damage to a fuse probably triggered the July 26 fatal explosion at the Kansas Army Ammunition Plant near Parsons, Army officials said Friday. Two people were killed and five injured in the blast.
