Concept Development Co.’s The Carlyle Beverly Hills will have its grand opening today at 125 N. Gale Drive in Beverly Hills. The condominium project’s 2-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath units are available in a variety of floor plans and range in size from 1,700 to 2,260 square feet. They are priced from $365,000 to $510,000. Prices are subject to change.

Eighteen of the project’s 24 units are available for move-in.

Each unit has a private balcony, electronic security system, marble fireplace and 10-foot soffited ceilings.

Models are open Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Monday through Friday by appointment.

The project is located on North Gale Drive between Wilshire and San Vicente boulevards.
