Donald C. Macaluso has been named to the new position of executive vice president for Velie Circuits Inc., a Costa Mesa-based circuit board manufacturer. He will administer operations for the company’s facilities in both California and Colorado. Macaluso had been vice president of operations for the California facility. Before joining the company in 1983, he held technical and supervisory positions with Metropolitan Circuits and TRW Cinch Graphics.
