Rockwell International Corp., El Segundo, has named Robert D. Paster as president of its Rocketdyne Division. Paster replaces Richard Schwartz who resigned to become president of Hercules Aerospace Company, based in Wilmington, Del. Paster has been vice president and program manager--Space Shuttle Main Engine.
