Diceon Electronics Inc. reported a $2.2-million loss for its 1989 fiscal year ended Sept. 30, contrasted with earnings of $9.8 million in 1988. Revenue declined 16% to $118.7 million, from $140.6 million a year earlier. For the fourth quarter, the Irvine manufacturer of multilayer computer circuit boards reported a loss of $155,000, contrasted with year-earlier earnings of $1.7 million. Sales dipped 8% to $30.8 million, from $33.6 million. Diceon blamed the poor results on “weak demand in the computer industry” and lower prices it is receiving for its products. The company said it expects no changes in industry conditions during the next several quarters.
