Allergan Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of eye- and skin-care products posted net earnings of $26.7 million for its third fiscal quarter ended Sept. 30 on sales of $206.4 million. For the first nine months of fiscal 1989 the company’s net earnings were $67.5 million on sales of $595.4 million. Comparable figures for the third quarter and nine months of 1988 were not included because the company recently was spun off from SmithKline Beckman.
