Rebel Rockets Hit Kabul

KABUL, Afghanistan —
Rebel rockets Sunday slammed into a government military base used to launch missiles at guerrilla positions, witnesses said. Stray rockets reportedly killed at least four people living nearby. An additional 15 rockets pelted the city, leaving five people hurt, the government said.
