Airline Files Chapter 11: Presidential Airways Inc., which operates as a feeder service for United Airlines at its Washington Dulles International Airport hub, filed for protection from creditors under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Presidential, which operates as United Express, was still operating, company President Harold J. Pareti said. However, flights will be dropped in eight of the 24 cities the 4-year-old carrier serviced.
