Commercial Vice President: Marla G. Brower has been appointed vice president in charge of the commercial division of Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. She will direct the Newport Beach company’s asset management operations for office buildings, business parks, industrial facilities and retail centers. Brower joined Keystone Pacific in 1985 and was promoted to senior property manager in 1987.
