Two people were killed and dozens of others were injured when a suspension bridge collapsed over the Little Red River at Heber Springs, about 60 miles north of Little Rock, authorities said. A witness said people on the 50-foot-high, 300-foot-long bridge had been rocking it back and forth before the collapse, said a spokesman at the Cleburne County sheriff’s office.
