Ford Raises Jaguar Stake to 13.2%: Ford Motor has raised its stake in British luxury car maker Jaguar PLC to 13.2%, Jaguar said. Ford, which had held 12.4% of Jaguar, now owns 24.2 million ordinary Jaguar shares. In a related development, General Motors Corp., which is also interested in Jaguar, was given early termination of the waiting period under U.S. antitrust law to immediately purchase up to 15% of Jaguar instead of waiting the 30 days.
