Black & Decker Plans to Sell Business: Black & Decker Corp. said it has agreed to sell its Bostik chemical adhesives and sealants business to French chemical company Orkem SA for $345 million. The sale is one of several planned divestitures of subsidiaries acquired when the power tool manufacturer purchased Emhart Corp. earlier this year, company officials said. Black & Decker markets and manufactures power tools and other home and commercial products.
