$10.6-Million Lease: What Grubb & Ellis Co. said is the largest lease this year in central Orange County was signed recently in Anaheim.
The 10-year, $10.6-million lease covers 54,000 square feet of office space at Stadium Towers Plaza, Hillman Properties West Inc.’s building at Katella Avenue near the Orange Freeway.
Grubb represented Equicor Inc., a Brea health insurance company that is relocating.
