Two teen-agers were in custody in the slayings of a General Motors Corp. executive and his wife after Rochester Hills, Mich., police spotted one of the youths driving a car that belonged to the victims. Warrants charging the teen-agers will probably be brought today, officials said. The bullet-riddled bodies of Glenn E. Tarr, 53, and his wife, Wanda, 58, were found in a park on Friday, a day after their home was robbed.
