Vandalizing U.S. Flag
How is it possible that flag-burners are being arrested and prosecuted (Part A, Oct. 31) only a short time after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that such activity is protected by the Bill of Rights? Do Supreme Court rulings have any meaning?
