Videotape of Flag-Burning at Wesleyan Given to FBI

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. —
A videotape of a flag-burning protest at Wesleyan University has been turned over to the FBI, but no arrests were made, police said. The flag-burning Friday was organized by about a dozen students who said they wanted to protest a federal law that forbids burning or defacing the American flag.
