Santa Monica Rents

Remember the saying “I read it in The Times,” which implies that it is truthful and accurate?

It’s completely untrue that rents are from $235 to $500 “The Changing Face of Santa Monica,” (Oct. 15).

Mine has been more than $500 for years, and it is true for many other tenants. And of course, it is higher every year and the percentage boost is always on a higher amount.
